The landscapes are from paintings done in the field, at the coastal dune lakes along

NW Floridas scenic 30 A.

   I treat embroidery as another printmaking medium, just as lithography, block printing, etching or Serigraphy, but using thread instead of ink.

 

I use no imageing software but draw each piece by “hand”using regular graphic tools, layering colors and building a composition much like I would a Serigraph.

 

They are numbered sequentialy as they are stitched.

   FEATURED ITEMS  

The natural wood frames are as is. Each is unique,  made of weathered fencing cypress they are distressed.

Any piece can have a traditional oak frame on request, or we can ship unframed.
